{"id":103,"date":"2010-08-23T04:00:07","date_gmt":"2010-08-23T02:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/martin-esser.eu\/blog\/?p=103"},"modified":"2010-08-23T04:03:41","modified_gmt":"2010-08-23T02:03:41","slug":"essen-ohne-hilfsmittel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martin-esser.eu\/blog\/2010\/08\/essen-ohne-hilfsmittel\/","title":{"rendered":"Essen ohne Hilfsmittel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich dachte bis gestern, dass kein (US-amerikanisches) Essen beide der folgenden Eigenschaften erf\u00c3\u00bcllen kann:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fettarm, nahrhaft und gesund<\/li>\n<li>Ohne Hilfsmittel zubereitbar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum Gl\u00c3\u00bcck sind Deutsche ja bekannterma\u00c3\u0178en erfinderisch, sodass Lena und ich uns f\u00c3\u00bcr gestern und heute Abend ein halbwegs pr\u00c3\u00a4sentierbares Essen zusammengebastelt haben:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essen #1:<\/strong> In Manhattan haben wir den ersten Supermarkt in der ganzen Gegend entdeckt und da wir nicht wussten wann wir das n\u00c3\u00a4chste Mal wieder die Gelegenheit bekommen w\u00c3\u00bcrden &#8220;richtig&#8221; einkaufen zu gehen, haben wir dort eingekauft und die T\u00c3\u00bcten bis zur\u00c3\u00bcck nach Newark geschleppt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essen #2:<\/strong> Heute haben wir festgestellt, dass der Subway um die Ecke tats\u00c3\u00a4chlich ein kleiner Supermarkt ist.
